I ordered this from arkskincare.com after seeing a few positive comments, so I thought it would be a nice upgrade to my routine. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t really sink into my skin. It leaves this sticky layer on my face for ages, and then my makeup ends up looking patchy on top of it. I even tried using a smaller amount, hoping that would fix it, but it made no difference. I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t live up to what I expected at all.

I used this for a few weeks and it was fine overall. My skin felt comfortable and it didn’t cause any issues, which I did appreciate. I just didn’t notice much of a difference or any real improvement, so for the price, I was hoping for a bit more...

I bought this from arkskincare.com hoping it would give my skin a bit more radiance, but to be honest, I didn’t really notice any change. I used it every day like I was supposed to, and my face still looked dull, if anything, a few areas felt a little dry.

To be fair, skincare can be really personal, so maybe it works better for someone else’s skin. But for the price, I was expecting at least some kind of healthy glow, and it just didn’t deliver for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was just trying to place my order, but the site froze on me twice and the checkout kept failing. It made the whole process feel way more stressful than it needed to be, if that makes sense

I really wanted to like this!! But the texture just wasn’t for me. It felt thick and kind of sticky on my face, and it never really sank in the way I hoped. I kept feeling like I wanted to wash it off, so sadly it’s a pass for me.

I went in for a professional facial using ARK products and I was expecting my skin to feel refreshed and calm afterwards, but instead it just felt tight and a bit uncomfortable, which was really not what I had in mind after paying for a treatment.
By the next day I had these small red bumps around my cheeks and chin and maybe the products just didn’t agree with my skin, I get that everyone reacts differently, but for the price I was annoyed and felt like it made my skin worse instead of better.
I contacted them about it and the reply I got felt quite generic, like they were just saying the usual things rather than actually helping, so overall it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t book again or buy the products after this.

I liked that it didn’t feel greasy on my skin, but it didn’t really seem to do much for me. My skin still felt dry and a little irritated after using it, so it made me wonder if the quality is really there

I ordered two specific skincare products, but when the package arrived, one item was completely wrong and the other was missing altogether. I emailed customer service and it took forever to hear back, and when they finally replied it felt like I was talking to a robot sending copy-paste responses. It’s really frustrating when you pay for skincare and can’t even get the correct order sent.

I was interested in trying ARK Skincare, but once I started looking into the ingredients, I got nervous. My skin clogs and breaks out really easily, and I didn’t feel like it was clear enough which products were actually safe for acne-prone skin. I also felt a bit talked down to when trying to get answers, which didn’t help. In the end, it just felt too risky for me, so I wouldn’t recommend it if your pores get clogged easily...

I don’t know what changed, but the Texture feels different lately and it’s kind of frustrating. It seems to keep Changing from one time to the next, and I’m really not happy with it

I couldn’t handle the smell at all. I don’t know who decided it needed to be that strong, but it was way too overpowering for me.

This pump was useless for me. The dispenser jammed after only two uses, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the constant reminders/notifications felt way too aggressive, especially when the product itself wasn’t even working properly.

I picked up the 30s range thinking it would be a good fit, but it just felt kind of wrong on my skin. A bit too heavy, and somehow my face looked duller after using it. I can’t fully explain it, but I really didn’t like how it felt overall. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I was let down when my order from arkskincare.com arrived. The box was thin, partly crushed, and one of the product lids looked like it had been bashed around in transit. For skincare at those prices, I expected it to feel a lot more protected.
It just made the whole order feel careless, and I had that annoying trapped feeling of having already spent the money but not feeling happy with what turned up. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the packaging.
